Service Description

The Blue Whales group is designed for teens navigating the unique social landscape of the middle and high school years. We focus on developing 'social stamina'—learning how to manage complex group dynamics, advocate for oneself, and build authentic connections. It’s a low-pressure space for teens to discuss real-world scenarios and strengthen the emotional tools they need for a successful transition to young adulthood.
